Thank you so much for your helpful course on writing and revising you conducted last week on behalf of the CalCPA Foundation. That was the most relevant writing class that I’ve taken, including college.

I had been struggling with miscellaneous errors in my final audit reports during the peer review process. The discussion on how your brain works differently led me to change how I prepare and finalize my reporting. Now, I do not do both on the same day, and now I am catching errors that would have continued to be an embarrassment when my peers find them.

Also, I’m working on the other item of interest, which is to stop editing when I am writing! Just let the thoughts flow and then go on from there.
