Elizabeth
Brenner Danziger, founder of WORKTALK Communications Consulting, brings
twenty years of experience to her work. In her training and consulting
engagements, she enables her clients to succeed in communicating with
clients and colleagues. Whether they are training clients in strategic
communication techniques or working directly to write or improve clients'
vital correspondence and documents, WORKTALK gives clients the structure
and language to help them get their message across.
WORKTALK's clients develop a much keener insight into their product or
service and how to market their message effectively to their particular
audience. They learn strategic communication techniques that help them
build more powerful relationships. In addition, they learn practical techniques
for getting to the point and writing effectively.
Ms. Danziger studied at Oxford University, and received her B.A. degree
from Pomona College in Claremont, California in 1976. She began her writing
career soon afterward; her first book, The Hand Book, was published in
1980. Since that time, she has written two other books, including Winning
by Letting Go (Harcourt Brace Jovanovich, 1985). Her work has been published
in five continents, and has been translated into seven languages.

What our Clients Say
You were able to design a program that responded
to our managerial concerns about raising the quality of writing
in our department in some measurable way, while dealing effectively
with the auditors' concerns about time pressure. Both in the Los
Angeles and the Boston offices, our auditors were enthusiastic about
the value of the course. This is particularly noteworthy since many
of them were skeptical about the course beforehand. Jane Selditz,
Foothill Capital Corporation, a NORWEST Company
It's been a pleasure working with you the
past several years. Your customization and delivery of the Technical
Writing course have consistently received excellent evaluations
from people who attended your class.
Charlotte Hermosillo, Southern California Edison Company
The WORKTALK training which you recently
delivered at PPOA was extremely valuable, to me personally and to
my entire staff. The motivation and energy that you brought to the
group were great, and the information you presented was vitally
important. I would recommend your training program to any of my
colleagues.
